Question:
I am unable to read my iTunes gift card activation code because I scratched it excessively hard and my serial number is dissimilar from what iTunes says it ought to be. They state that if your serial number should be 16 numbers if it starts with 60, but mine is 18. And in face of the 60 is PBH, so is that incorporated in the serial number?

Answer by an experienced person:
I had the similar problem some time ago. And yes, the PBH is incorporated as part of the serial number. What I did is following about 5 tries of ineffectively entering my verification code it came up with somewhat that said, “Please re-enter or Get Help” and then when you click on “get help” it asks you for what you suppose your verification code is, your serial number and name and email. Following you enter all that in appropriately (besides the verification code) it credits your account the money.

Don’t be anxious about the numbers in the serialized number, just enter in everything you see, including the PBH
